Kayden's eyes

Never had she seen such a magnificent pair of eyes, they were the exact colour of a winter night, hands soft but firm, lips full and held the most luring smile, face, had sharp neat cut lines, distinct cheekbone structure, the most seductive whisper and perfectly sculpted body, which held a certain soft smooth feel, he smelt like sweet berries and cinnamon and he tasted like honey and spices his hair was as silk and not very long. As their skin came into contact electric charges were felt between us and I felt safe. He slowly took his hand away from my cheeks and said “My love, my dearest I am sorry, I must not let you indulge in the pleasures untold out side of marriage, but that is the least of our worries is it not?” he said as he stroked her cheek. She looked up at the vast sky, the clouds playing a game of catch and the bird making their way back home, and she realized this was all that matter right here right this moment while she could still feel comforted by him. They both knew in a few day they'd be separated by the only thing that could separate them, they'd been to together for almost 18 years, since they were little, even after their parents died, they only had each other now he was going to be far away from her, she hated thinking about him rotting from the inside out, ..CANCER " I'ts too much , I'm sorry there's nothing we can do for him now.." the useless doctors pathetically said to her she was so angry. He was so pure, he told her it was okay, he'd see her again soon and would always love her, he was prepared to die but she wasn't prepared to let him go... why him ... why now?...  " Why not me, i'd rather it be me than you, or someone else " he said with a smile when she would complain.

He kissed her again, and she cried more than she did in years, he was going, she knew he'd be okay, he wanted her to live a happy life when he was gone, for her not to spend forever mourning for him because he'd couldn't bear it. " You know I'll never leave you entirely right I'm always in your heart and you in mine, Forever." he smiled as he left and the smile remained there even when they put him in that hole... He was happy and she was also... because she knew He was happy.

 She got married twelve years later and had a son  she saw the same beautiful pair of winter colored blue eyes and she named him Kayden because of his eyes.
